The Creative Closets and More legacy began in 1992, by Dan and Ruth Gehlhausen. Their careers provided them with the experience to create the leading storage solutions company in the South. Dan came from the home construction industry and Ruth from operations in a national building supply company. They felt passionate about creating the best solutions for their clients and decided to start a new custom closets company with a focus on premiere customer service, innovative design and quality craftsmanship.

Upon their retirement in 2018, the ownership baton was passed on to the Summers family, who have continued these traditions, with the best team imaginable. Many employees of the Creative Closets family have been with the company since the very beginning. From our designers with 100+ years of industry experience to our CAD specialists, production staff, and professional installers, our team collectively provides the best customer experience for thousands of satisfied clients in Georgia.
